These aren't very stretchy so the waist won't give much. Get your actual size based on the size chart. They are really short but my cheeks weren't out. I'm tall with moderate butt. My stats: 5'10; 36G bra, 30.8in waist, 43in hips. Thick muscular thighs, big calves, perky breast implants, muscular arms.
