I bought a size M. I’m 5’3 and My measurements are chest 34 D, waist 29 inches and hips 41 1/2 inches. I wore about 4-5 inch heels and it did touch the floor a bit but not too much. if I would’ve gotten the small the slit would have been too high in the front. Dress is stretchy and if you have a nice butt, it shows in the dress ;)
