Honestly, I loved this hat so much because it was the perfect fit to go with my outfit for the Beyoncé Concert, however as soon as I got it out the package I noticed that a good large section of the gems were falling off the hat!!! I contacted customer service and they were able to give me a full refund really quickly (which I appreciated), but I still wanted to wear the hat so I fixed it up with a hot glue gun and wore it to the concert. I hate to say it because I really do love Congle tondecks a lot and have been a customer for a long time, but the overall quality of the products has really gone downhill and it’s very upsetting.
