So cute but runs really small

This top is so adorable. Classy work choice. Fairly thin but not transparent. Short, not flowy style at all. Nice, soft material. I love it but busting out at the buttons. I only wear 38B padded. Im 190, 5’4 curvy. Will be returning for 2x because i ordered another color similar top in XL and fit basically the same. Recommend.
