for reference, I am 5 foot nine 205 pounds I purchased this dress in a large and it fit perfectly. The length is definitely tall friendly and if you need a little bit of stretch it has that as well I have wider hips and a small bust, so the chest part fit perfectly but I also believe that even if you have a bigger bust, it will still look great.
