My shoulder to shoulder measurement is 16". My bust is a 32A. I'm 5'8". My frame is pretty tiny but I didn't want a super fitted jacket, so I went with a Small. It was perfect. hit me just at the waist. Arms were perfect length. It's good material but will definitely require layering for cooler days. Looks just like photo however Hard to see but The sleeves have this seam that creates a slight puff. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me. it's kinda cute.
