I bought the medium and it fits perfectly. I'm 36c, 5.4 and 154 lbs. I bought the matching jeans as well in size 9. They both look really cute together. A great buy for the price.

I could have sized down rather than going up. I'm a US size 18p in tops and 16p in pants and this set I purchased the pants in a 18p and the jacket in a 3x and both pieces are too large. get your regular size for the look on the models. I'm 5'3, 200lbs 40DDD. the pants are long and loose, and I can wrap the jacket across my chest to reach my sides even with these DDD'S, lol!
