I’m 5’6 at 196 lbs. I ordered a large. I could have ordered an xl and had the same snatched affect with a lil more comfortability. So both a large or extra large fits but the large gives super snatch and a xl snatched. I would advise you correct size because it will snatches you regardless. So the material automatically snatches you. listen it’s very stretchy BUT IT HAS extreme snatch abilities like a compression. DO NOT IN ALL CAPS SIZE DOWN. Hope this helps ladies. One love
