soo these are non stretch, originally i got an XL and then I went and purchased a 1x as well. I AM KEEPING BOTH! I am hippy with big thighs and a medium belly 5’4 218lbs. the xl fit much snugger around the waist but everything else was good and i LOVE the wide leg so i am keeping it for when i lose a few pounds and the 1X fit much better but the browns are different (i like the xl brown better it’s more of a washed out/faded brown , the 1x is a deeper slightly richer brown) but I love the 1x fit so im keeping both.
