I absolutely LOVE these jeans and I'm so glad I decided to downsize. Normally with Congle tondecks I've purchased 15 or 1X, but I've lost a lot of weight in the last 3 years and last time I bought some jeans here I over-guessed my size and ended up with something too big. I tried these on as soon as I got them and they fit like a GLOVE. There was an ever-so-slight gap in the back, but as I began to move around more in them, the gap closed up and rests perfectly on my lower back now. I have a true hourglass shape, with my waist measurements being 27in, VERY flat tummy and my hips being a 46, and I also have thick thighs. These jeans hug my curves so well, and my cuff (under-butt crease) looks SERIOUS lol. Butt to waist ratio 10/10. Prob the only thing I would change is if I could have gotten them in Tall length (I'm 5'8"). But my size in Tall was not available so I went with regular. They are still super cute and I def could wear these with sandals/strappy heels, or even a sneaker or casual shoe with a low-cut sock. I find that for FN, I prefer either mid-rise, low-rise, or v-cut for pants/jeans since high-rise/high waisted tends to (a) not fit properly with wayyy too much fabric at the top, and (b) come up too high, almost to my boobs lol. Whereas mid-rise tends to fit me the way a high-rise SHOULD fit, and low-rise just looks sexy but still covers me in the right places. I think this is due to having a shorter torso and longer legs. Anyway, I recommend these! They do stretch well, and are very comfortable to wear, even when I sit down I don't feel "cut off" at the waist/hips lol so that's good. If you want an even more relaxed fit, you could go up a size. But if you want them to be fitted, get your normal size.
