The items I purchase from Congle tondecks are a GREAT DEAL, however, many of the clothes run very small. This weekend bag is really fun and a great gift. The customer service sucks. There is never a phone number you can call to speak to anyone, all returns, questions and inquiries are done via email and sometimes that is difficult. You have to wait 1-2 days for a reply if lucky. I want to pick up a phone and make a call to customer service.
