The xs fits okay. I have a 26” waist, the waist fits like maybe 27”/27.5” so i might be overreacting when I say I would like it to be just a little more snug lol. but like I said it’s fine. It’s definitely comfortable to wear because it’s not tight (the shorts underneath are breathable). I can say material was better than expected, and I’m always an xs or xxs small petite and the skirt still fits so if you’re skinny like me then you should be fine. I still would label it true to size.
