The material has a lot of comfortable stretch and shapes up the body nicely. I think that if you’re the type that likes to have the shorts skin tight, you maybe able to get away with going only 1 size down and be comfortable. I came back looking for more colors but didn’t find any. 10/10 I am 36 bust, 32 waist, & 43 hips. I weigh 140-145 give or take. I bought a size 7 and fits great.
