I love this dress but once I put it on the zipper went off I’m tiny weigh like 100 and zipper was broken since it was 14 days passed they didn’t want to take it back even if it was new or try to help me deal with the situation that we pay for our things that we work hard for and they didn’t want to do nothing about it after almost 2/3 emails basically it was my fault because I didn’t send it right away knowing that I had the dress in the bag once my event happen the zipper was broken I sent pictures and nothing
