So elegant

Usual Size: L
I ordered an XL when I could've went with a large. I'm 5'3, 164 pounds, and 40D. I love how you can tie the sleeves to make it as tight or loose as you want. It's not short at all and hugs your body around your stomach. I can't wait to wear this for my birthday it's so elegant.
