They gave my booty some life. And I live them for it. They fit great around my thighs but was a little tight around my waist. I did just have a baby a week ago. They are soft and comfortable. A little long on me. But I can hem them. I’m short 5’0, 129lbs, 29” waist (just had a baby 2 weeks ago). I’d say stick to your size if your stomach is in good shape. The high waist does help suck my belly in but I like to be comfortable so I’m gonna size up to a 5. I think it’s safe to try your size. They are really stretchy.
