I decided to size up because the product details said it had no stretch but it has 1% stretch. the top will need some fabric tape to keep in place because there's no elastic in it to cup the breast. the pants are long AF. not sure what to do about that. not sure if I'm going to send back for an XL because it's a little saggy in the crotch
