im abt 5’6 , 164 lbs .. my normal size is a medium and i ordered a size medium .. i thought it was going to be too big but once you clip it all the way it fits perfectly! maybe if you have a bigger boob area you should size up! its stretchy so its not one if those uncomfortable corset tops. its not too thick and definitely not too thin!
