Skirt runs true to size. Not too tight and has some stretch. Comfortable. Top runs a little bigger than the skirt (if you have a smaller bust) but you can adjust with the strings. Might be a little baggy up top, but I wouldn’t size down if you want the skirt to be comfortable.
