I'm 5'5 127-129lbs depending on the time of day, and I bought a S because the reviews said it runs small; that is very much true. Also, yes, the material is thick like a rug, lol, BUT I absolutely love it! My fiance does too. it gives a very classy look, and the material being thick just makes it for fall/winter for me. That's why i got it in grey/powder pink. it's literally perfect and hugs exactly how I wanted. I'd say buy it. I hope this helps. Oh, and it looks exactly as pictured.
