I'm 5'4 weigh 169 I have a lot of hips going on, I'm small chested but I have some arm fat so I went with Large. it was loose on me the top is roomy and the waist was too big for me. I'm 32 on waist and hip area was roomy too. il be sizing Down. I usually am between medium and Large but because of material I was afraid it would be enough room for the top because of my back fat and so on. but I would say if ur in between get the smaller size. Over all its very cute I love the dress.
