This is a classy dress. The versatility is great. Like other reviews, it can be dress up or down. It is a button down cotton shirt made into a dress, so its going to wrinkle and a real bother to iron, but worth it. It does fit oversize but if you are plus size with large arms and a large bottom, do not go down a size. It will be very snug. If you are smaller in the waist expect extra material in the back but you can fix it with wearing a belt. The slits on the sides comes to mid thigh, so be careful wearing it to work if you don't plan on wearing it as a duster. Its has a nice movement at the bottom that creates drama as you walk!
